Contingency Program

This is a commission-based program that allows clients to place delinquent accounts for collection without incurring any expenses. Tri-Mark will contact your delinquent customers and will diplomatically solicit payment. Commission rates are contingent upon various factors including the age and amount of the debt. With this program there are no out of pocket expenses for the client. If we don’t collect, you don’t pay!

Pre-Collection Services

This is an early intervention program that allows Tri-Mark to contact accounts that are past-due, but not yet ready for third party intervention. Tri-Mark will contact your customer in your company’s name and will gently solicit payment. This service is designed to prevent accounts from going into a charged-off status. This program is flexible and can be customized to fit your specific needs.

Out-Sourcing Program

This service is designed to assist companies that do not have their own internal collection department. Tri-Mark will act as your collection department by handling all aspects of the collection process. This program is extremely versatile and can include handling both incoming and outgoing calls, invoicing, payment processing, customer service and any other aspect that relates to daily operations.

Bankruptcy Watch

Through our highly sophisticated data-bases, we are able to monitor bankruptcy filings and other key indicators that show financial distress. Depending on your needs we can supply you with docket numbers, attorney names, hearing dates, claim dates and other valuable information.

Reference Verification

This service is designed to help your company make sound credit decisions. Prior to the sale, we will provide you with information that reveals your customers true credit history. When you extend credit based on our recommendation no fees will be charged should collection procedures become necessary. (*Some restrictions apply)
